Biography

Dr Samina Kausar is an experienced gynaecologist with special interest in minimal invasive gynaecology surgery, pelvic reconstruction surgeries and aesthetic gynaecology. She is well versed with cervical cancer prevention strategies including abnormal cervical smears management and colposcopies. She believes in compassionate and evidence-based care with women empowerment, to achieve this she educates women and enables them to make best choices for their care.

Dr Samina Kausar has been working as an obstetrician and gynaecologist for almost 20 years. She is a certified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Pakistan, United Kingdom and Australia. Achieved her post graduate qualifications FCPS (Pak), MRCOG (UK) and FRANZCOG. Has worked as consultant in these countries and gained immense experience of managing diverse women health issues. Dr Samina Kausar moved to Victoria in 2017, currently working as public hospital consultant in Western Health Melbourne and is privately consulting from her rooms in Caroline Springs.
